These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“student”, “user” or “you”) and Taxx Savage LLC, dba Taxx Savage Academy (“Taxx Savage Academy”, “TSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Taxx Savage Academy websites (https://learning.taxxsavage.com and https://courses.taxxsavage.com) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to our Terms of Use at any time for any reason. We will alert you by updating the ‘Last Updated’ section with the date of these Terms of Use and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.
The information on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

Taxx Savage Academy and its operations comply with standards established under law for occupational instruction by private, postsecondary educational institutions. Course instruction is updated annually and is subject to ongoing review. Courses offered by Taxx Savage Academy are self-directed but must be completed within 12 months of purchase to comply with regulatory requirements. Instructor support is available.
You, the user, agree to give consent for Taxx Savage Academy to contact you via email, phone and/or text including your cellular number if applicable and you may unsubscribe at any time.
As a student and/or graduate of Taxx Savage Academy, the student may be assisted with:
Academic Support: access to course instructors via email to assist in comprehending course materials
Marketing & Sales Support to either start or build an accounting, bookkeeping or tax practice following the strategies outlined in Marketing and Sales
At no time does Taxx Savage Academy promise or imply that they will provide employment or employment assistance to anyone who completes the courses provided.
After enrolling with TSA the user will receive logins for their course access and instructions on how to contact support and instructors via email. If the emails are not received please contact academy@taxxsavage.com for assistance. It is the student’s responsibility to determine whether certificates from TSA will transfer to other institutions or meet employers’ training requirements. This may be done by calling the prospective school or employer.
By use of the platform, you represent and warrant that:
all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
you have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to comply with these terms and conditions;
you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
you will not access the platform through automated or non-human means whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
you will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
and your use of the platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation
If you provide any information that is factually untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your platform access and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform or any portion thereof.
You are required to register with the platform. You agree to keep your user access information such as your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change access to your account if you are found to be sharing your account access in an unauthorized manner.
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the platform. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM (INCLUDING BLOCKING IP ADDRESSES OR EMAIL ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION ON THE PLATFORM OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to termination of your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion and without notice. However we have no obligation to update any information on our platform. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform. We can not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the platform, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change the platform at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use of the platform during any downtime or discontinuance of the platform. Nothing in these terms of use will be construed as to obligate us to maintain and support the platform or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
Practice tests and/or final exams exist online for our program. After enrolling, the student should go to: https://courses.taxxsavage.com to access the related content & testing system. Any student who successfully completes the course of study will be awarded an appropriate certificate of completion for the course. A student may take the final exam 3 times. We suggest reviewing the course content again if you do not pass the first time.
Final exams are used to evaluate performance and knowledge which then determines the final grade. A score of 90% or higher constitutes a comprehensive knowledge of coursework and may earn free PTIN ONLY Access to Taxx Savage Tax Software. A certificate of completion is issued by TSA for scores of 80% or higher. Scores below 80% result in a failing grade. Taxx Savage Academy shall deliver services according to the terms thereof. The user acknowledges that there are no renewal fees for the course content. If the user terminates the Agreement, TSA reserves the right to retain the full fee as well as collect any remaining amounts owed.
Taxx Savage Academy owns all rights, title, and interests in and to the videos, workbooks, tests, tools, training and its contents, known collectively as “the platform”. The user acknowledges that the platform and the contents therein constitute proprietary information and trade secrets which are the sole and exclusive property of Taxx Savage Academy and that the platform and its contents are or may be protected by U.S. patent, copyright, trade secret and/or similar laws and certain international treaty provisions.
The user acknowledges that they do not have any right, title or interest in or to the platform or any associated intellectual property rights, but only a limited license of use for the term of membership revocable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This limited license does not include any rights in trademark, branding, or the like.
The user shall, always, utilize their own branding in association with the services that they provide to their clients. The user shall not at any time use the platform nor its contents for anything other than personal business use. The user may request the ability to use the platform as training for their own employees provided they do not attempt to alter the platform, it’s content, or branding. The user shall not compete with Taxx Savage Academy and shall not utilize the platform or its contents in competition with Taxx Savage Academy. The user shall not utilize the platform and the access provided thereby to market, advertise, recruit, or otherwise divert the attention of other users of the platform from the focus provided by Taxx Savage Academy. Advertising, and the like, to other users is a material breach of this Agreement and the associated license to use and access the platform.
License to use the materials provided by Taxx Savage Academy (e.g., guides, tools, resource materials, videos) persists only so long as the user continues to be a user under this Agreement. The user hereby acknowledges that such Licensed Materials are inherently valuable and that should user continue to utilize Licensed Materials in violation of the Intellectual Property Rights of Taxx Savage Academy without a license or licenses thereto, the user shall be liable in an amount no smaller than triple the membership fee that would have been required to continue the license Sub-headlinethereto for the period of time that such violation occurred.
Taxx Savage Academy stands by its platform, content, and instructors to obtain real results and is committed to helping its students find success in their chosen tax-related business. Users will be provided with active instruction as requested from our instructors and access to the platform for 12 months. After such time access will be provided to the platform for reference only meaning no instruction support will be provided but the user may still complete the course and receive a certificate.
By using this course you agree to hold harmless Taxx Savage Academy and any of its respective affiliates or partners or associates from liability for any direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages, costs, expenses or assessments resulting from the use or misuse of any information provided within the course. Online access to the platform will last for as long as the access is available, however testing and completion must be completed within 12 months from the date of enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated herein, Taxx Savage Academy does not guarantee results and makes no express or implied warranties. At no time does Taxx Savage Academy promise or imply that they will provide employment or employment assistance to anyone who completes the courses provided or that prospective employers will accept certificates from Taxx Savage Academy.
The user is responsible for supplying their own internet access to connect with the platform. Taxx Savage Academy reserves the right to amend the platform offerings at any time at their sole discretion. The success or failure of the user in implementing services/ knowledge into their business depends entirely on your efforts. The platform is a supporting resource designed to promote success but cannot replace the user’s efforts.
Taxx Savage Academy hereby disclaims all express or implied warranties, whether implied by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You release Taxx Savage Academy from and shall indemnify and hold us harmless against, all claims, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, whether direct, indirect, contingent, or remote, of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which may be asserted against or incurred by us, in any manner howsoever, arising from, related to or in connection with these terms excepting only those claims, etc. which are proximately caused by our grossly negligent, reckless or willful or wanton conduct. Any and all proceedings arising from the same shall be filed in the State of Pennsylvania. The foregoing shall inure to us, our executives, agents, and our employees, and all of our and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. The user agrees that the liability of Taxx Savage Academy is limited to the cost of the services provided, regardless of the alleged injury or damage or the number of claimants. You acknowledge that you are not purchasing a franchise or business opportunity and that your success or failure in your own business is a result of your own efforts as supported and assisted by Taxx Savage Academy. Taxx Savage Academy does not guarantee access to clients or client sources to users. Upon processing payment, confirmation of the order will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The user may call 844-400-8299 or email academy@taxxsavage.com to qualify for additional logins if the user desires to offer staff training with options to adjust or extend a user’s access.
A one-day cooling-off period for a refund, is allowed beginning when a student receives their login and password from Taxx Savage Academy until midnight one business day later. A user wanting to cancel within this time frame must notify Taxx Savage Academy in writing via email within the one-day period. A user wanting to cancel after the cooling-off period may cancel for a refund, but will have to pay a 20% admin fee from the total cost of their course purchased.
This agreement shall be construed and enforced per the laws of the State of Pennsylvania Furthermore, the parties agree the only courts with jurisdiction to hear disputes arising hereunder are courts located in the county of Montgomery County State of Pennsylvania. This agreement supersedes all other agreements, verbal or otherwise.
